Our renewable energy portfolio keeps expanding, too, which is an outcome of our commitment to use the world’s resources wisely. We also support local community programs that tie into our business, such as building much needed medical centers in Kazakhstan by drawing on our expertise in construction. We also sponsor gift matching programs worldwide, which enable our people to decide where AES’ philanthropic dollars go.
