Kelsey Horowitz is a Senior Manager in Technology Solutions at AES, where she has been for more than three years. Kelsey's focus has been on analyzing, testing, and de-risking new technology in solar and storage and then transferring those innovations to large-scale projects. Prior to AES, Kelsey worked at NREL for seven years on techno-economic analysis of PV and grid integration solutions for distributed resources, new interconnection approaches, and planning for a 100% renewable energy future. Kelsey holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech in solar cells and photonics, and a BS/MS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
